Shipping & Orders
✦ Shipping Information
Every print is made to order, hand-signed, and carefully packaged by me before it leaves my studio in Madrid. Since I prepare every order myself, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Spain: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 1 to 3 weeks
- International: 2 to 5 weeks
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your package has been shipped.
Orders are shipped via Correos (Spain's national postal service). Once your parcel leaves Spain, it will be handled by your local postal service.
✦ Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or other charges depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If you're unsure whether customs fees may apply, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
✦ Lost, Returned or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, I unfortunately can't be responsible for delays, loss or damage caused during transit. However, if something goes wrong, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
If an order is returned to me because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected in time, I will happily resend it. A new shipping fee will apply, but you won't need to pay for the prints again.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local postal service as soon as possible.
